From your call to the report.
No surprises. Here's the actual sequence we follow on every job.

Triage Call
Tell us what happened, where you are, and what the boat is doing now (taking water? engine running? steering OK?). We triage urgency and get to you.
- 02
Visual Underwater Assessment
First pass: find and document all damage. Impact zones, cracks, missing antifouling, keel condition, rudder attachment, prop and shaft alignment.
- 03
Damage Documentation
Full HD video of every affected area plus still photos. Tape measure for crack length where relevant. Multiple angles.
- 04
Assessment and Recommendations
On-site assessment: is the boat safe to operate? Should it be hauled immediately? Can it be moved to a yard under its own power? We give you a clear honest answer and document everything.
From a customer
"Danny worked me into a busy schedule when I hit a rock leaving Oak Bay and needed someone to take videos of the damage. The quick assessment allowed me to make a decision about whether to continue on or schedule a haul out. Danny's service was excellent!"
